RF/Microwave Thin Film Assembler 2nd shift
Our San Jose team develops and builds advanced microwave and millimeter wave subsystems, hybrid modules and components for defense and government customers.
Build hybrid modules using processes such as wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach and epoxy attach components. Use tweezers and work under a microscope to handle very small parts. Refer to and follow assembly drawings, written and oral work instructions. Continually work on improving your quality and work in a team environment to problem solve when issues arise. Use a computer to fill out operation sheets and input data into database.
3-5 years of relevant rework/assembly experience.
Proficient in soldering under a microscope and mechanical assembly.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain & maintain a US DoD Security Clearance is required.
5-10 years of relevant rework/assembly experience.
Effectively communicate orally in English and read work instructions.
Experience with IPC-610 specifications
