Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.
Organize and maintain financial records.
Require a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting and at least two years experience as Accountant in franchises or companies in process of expansion.
