Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementation, training and evaluation of a system of care for youth behavioral health services at a local level supporting the Nebraska Division of Behavioral Health System of Care Expansion and Sustainability (NeSOC) grant project in the 11 counties of the Nebraska Panhandle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Coordinate the delivery of home and community based services and supports across multiple systems for youth with a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families in the 11 counties of the Panhandle of Nebraska Assume lead role for ensuring that all activities of the NeSOC grant adhere to the state and federal guidelines.
Meet internal and external contract deliverables.
Ensure completion of planning, implementation, training and evaluation within specified timeframes
Provide a transition plan to post implementation support at the completion of each implementation
Seek necessary supports in removing obstacles to implementation progress; reporting progress and issues throughout implementation process
Bachelors or Associates degree in related human services field preferred, along with experience in public relations and grant writing management.
Qualified applicants will be organized and efficient, exhibit a positive attitude and be team oriented, self-motivated and be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Must have strong oral, written and interpersonal skills; excellent computer skills including experience with MS Office Programs.
Travel is necessary, so a valid drivers license and a good driving record are required.
