We are looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to do the following:
-Provide clerical support to office staff
-Provide receptionist support when needed
-Create reports for meetings
-Answer general sales inquiries
-Responsible for maintaining lists, spreadsheets, and control of inventory
-Filing and faxing as necessary Requirements - 2 or more years of office experience
- Excellent customer service
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
- An intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Products
- Great communication skills
