The Association of Oregon Counties is recruiting for a .Net Web Developer to join our development team in developing a line of business web applications. This position's responsibilities are to plan, maintain, and develop database systems for the Integrated Road Information System (IRIS) at the County Road Program. Develop and test database structures and systems in adherence with AOC’s software development methodology and standards for the Integrated Road Information System. Apply structured system design methods according to AOC’s development methodology for IRIS modules with some degree of complexity. Maintain versioning of system SQL scripts and integrity of version processes.
Troubleshoot, maintain, revise, and test existing IRIS software data systems, repairing defects to ensure programs continue to meet county customers expectations and needs.
Follow all safety rules and procedures for work areas.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Specific experience should include:
3+ years professional database design and administration experience with Microsoft SQL
Experience with database optimization, programming, and configuration for web applications
Experience maintaining critical database infrastructure and 24/7 systems.
Three years of database administration and design experience demonstrating knowledge of core relational database structures, programming, and principals.
Working familiarity with software development and design experience demonstrating knowledge of desktop and web-based design principles in C#/web languages.
Associate degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent professional development experience. Other combinations of training and experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the work.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Working knowledge of Visual Studio and C#
Experienced in Microsoft MVC.
Experienced with Telerik/Kendo controls and components
Experience in Microsoft T-SQL & Stored Procedures
